Easy Barbeque Chicken and Red Potatoes

After reading the other reviews, I was pretty skeptical about this - but it came out great! I upped the cooking temp to 375 and cooked for 1 hour 10 minutes. The chicken was juicy and the potatoes were nice and soft! I think part of the trick is to make sure they aren't any bigger than 1/2 inch. This is a great recipe for when you've got a lot of extra potatoes and not much else :)

Definitely pre bake the graham cracker crust at least 5 minutes before you put in the filling. These were delicious, but no one wanted to try them because they were so gooey and nasty looking!

it's not amazing, though i can see how it might be. 20 minutes was not enough to cook the entire puff pasty, the bottom was still raw. maybe i'll revisit this later, i think i was just doing something wrong! :)

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

These were absolutely delicious, but the cookie dough definitely cooked along with the cake. Even so, it wasn't too dry and they received rave reviews at game night!

Chicken Stir-Fry

Really Really good stuff. Has that extra special 'chinese food' smell/taste. We didn't use all the veggies here, just substituted a frozen 'asian medley' in its place. Also added some teriyaki sauce at the very end and some extra ginget to give it a kick. Served over white rice.
