I make this recipe twice a week. Two loaves for school sandwiches - and the other two I make into cinnamon sugar loaves. Like some other reviewers I spread out the dough after the first rise - sprinkle it with the sugar mixture - and then roll it up and place it into the pan for the second rise. I also melt a tablespoon of butter for the top of the bread before I bake them. We haven't bought any bread since I found this recipe.
