Mandarin Pork Roast

Easy to make and the all three family gnerations had seconds!! I followed the cooking instruction found under "tips and advice" for a different sized roast (1/2 hour per pound at 350 degrees) and I also seared it first. I do not have a rack but it still cooked fine.

Baked Aloha Chicken

This is a good sweet and sour type of recipe for chicken, it will not caramelize because it is not supposed to (it is not a glaze either). I put onions it also. My family loves it and my two girls ask for seconds. We always have rice with this.
