Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2010
This was amazing and so easy. The sauce, I made into a gravy and I could not stop eating it. I am keeping the gravy for leftovers. It was simply devine. A real keeper. I didnt use a tenderloin, just a regular pork roast and was so tender.

Rated a 4 because, it does need some moisture added. It is very good!! I added 3 tablespoons of oil and 1/2 cup more of eggnog. I also put a eggnog glaze on it. Everyone loves it. Thanks!

Szechwan Shrimp

Excellent. Great easy recipe. Impossible to mess up, which I like. I am a novice cook and simple recipes are for me. Making the sauce ahead of time is a great time-saver. I threw in a bag of stir-fry veggies (cooked) and it was delisous!!
