I made this into a cheesecake instead of bars. It turned out beautiful and delicious!

Awesome cheesecake! Have made several times and it's been perfect each time. And the gingersnap cookies really do make a difference!

These are a great, easy summer treat! The only ingredient I changed was the orange liqueur. I used 1 Tbl. vanilla instead and then drizzled melted chocolate over the tops. Perfection!

Delish! Made it for the first time tonight. Served it with Leaf Lettuce Bread and it was wonderful! Will definitely make again.

SO YUMMY! I've made these twice now and both times I've gotten rave reviews. The first time I made them I shaped them into footballs, dipped them in chocolate almond bark, and then drew lines on them using white chocolate almond bark. They were a huge hit with the guys for Superbowl weekend. The 2nd time I made them was for Hubby for Valentine's Day. I shaped them into kisses then dipped them into chocolate almond bark. Once hardened, I wrapped them with aluminum foil and stuck a tag in the top. Turned out really cute and tasted so good, too! Am waiting anxiously to find another great excuse to make them. ;)

Very good! Tried this for the first time today and it is delicious! Did not use capers due to not having that ingredient on hand. Also doubled the amount of mushrooms because we LOVE mushrooms! Will definitely make again!

I have found my forever banana bread recipe! It was so moist! I did use plain yogurt in place of the sour cream to make it a bit healthier and it turned out fabulous!

So moist and yummy! I used unsweetened applesauce instead of the vegetable oil and used a full 15 oz. can of pumpkin. Will definitely make again!
