Easy Swedish Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
I made these according to the recipe and they make a nice, thin Swedish pancake. I've also made them with one less egg and the result is almost the same. Make sure you spread the batter out by tilting the pan in a circular motion, shaking the an slightly, and make sure the pan is hot enough otherwise your first few pancakes will come out a mess.

Awesome Carrot Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
I followed the recipe without reading the reviews first and that was a mistake, there's just too much salt in this recipe. Otherwise, I would give this recipe 4 stars for great muffin-y texture and good rise but the salt needs to be cut by at least half and maybe slightly less baking soda. My toddler wouldn't eat these and he usually goes for muffins of any flavor.

Beef Stew IV

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2014
This came out great. I made one small substitution and substituted 2 cups of low sodium beef broth for 2 of the water. It's a good basic stew.

Italian Chicken and Chickpeas

Tasty dish but if children are going to eat this dish reduce the spice by at least half. Super spicy!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2011
Superb recipe. I've now made this three times in one week. I substituted 1/3 cup whole wheat flour for some of the white flour in the last batch and the muffins still came out fantastic.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: May 11, 2010
Used Elizra's recommendation to substitute butter (salted) and vanilla. I then reduced the salt by 1/2 tsp. My first batch came out a little flat and then I added approximately an extra 2/3 cup of oatmeal to the next batch and the cookies came out fuller and chewier.
