Chewy Granola Bars

This was a bit dense so I only add 2 1/2 cups oats & then add 2 cups rice crispy cereal. It makes the bars lighter without losing flavor. Also I really like to add 1 tsp cinnamon & about 2 tbsp peanut butter to the mix. I found that it mixes better when u combine the butter, honey, & peanut butter separately and mix it with the dry ingredients. wonderful recipe!! I make this weekly for my kids!! :)
