Quick Chicken Piccata
Simple, easy, and tasty. All ingredients are standard household items except for the lemons, too. I used this as a nicer weekday dinner than other no-fuss meals. I did not have any capers and saw no reason to get them. It turned out I was out of cayenne pepper, so I used a zesty lemon seasoning I had instead. Since it contained salt and pepper, I omitted the salt and pepper as well. I only had a chicken pack of three, but kept the rest of the ingredients the same. Yummy, and a very nice treat for a quick and easy weekday meal. Many thanks for submitting this recipe.

Honey Glazed Ham
I found out I had no corn syrup when it came time to prep the ham, so I substituted a generous portion of brown sugar in its place. I just did it all in a saucepan instead of a double boiler, too. The ham turned out moist and flavorful. I did need to create a foil tent after about the first 40 minutes or so in order to not char the top of the ham. I also placed pineapple rings over the top adorned with cherries. Thanks for the recipe.

Best Baked French Fries
So easy and so yummy! I just used Russets because that's what I had and the fries were still very tasty. This is a great way to make homemade fries. All the ingredients are staples that are always at hand which makes this recipe perfect for using up extra potatoes. Easy, fast, versatile, and I love that they're not deep-fried and greasy. Thank you so much! We'll be having this one again.
