Quinoa Tuna Casserole
Pour enough stock to just cover the quinoa. Allow the liquid to reduce to half. Continue this process until quinoa is soft and all stock is absorbed, about 30 minutes Did you read this part kc37?

Southern Fried Chicken Gizzards
I must have done something wrong. followed the recipe and they were way over done,too much cooking I think between the slow cook and the deep fry

Jalapeno Popper Spread
I never heated it. I just severed it cold and I added four cooked pepper bacon slices chopped up in it as well. One of the other reviews mentioned that how she did her "regular" poppers and I thought why not!update I used Rye Triscuts at Thanksgiving because I had some that needed to be used, and this was very good with the Rye flavor!
