i thought this was great! i made it for a party & everyone loved it. i mixed all ingredients together & instead of rolling into a ball...i scooped it into a dish using an ice cream scoop - worked great! looked like chocolate chip ice cream.

Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti

i couldnt find hazelnuts so i used walnuts, i also dipped 1/2 in chocolate...over all i did not care for the flavor of these. they were very easy to make - but i dont think i will be making this recipe again. thanks anyway.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

i too used vanilla instead of almond. thougt these were good, and very easy to make. next time i will try the almond extract. i used the back of a melon baller to make the "thumbprint".

Famous Chicken Francaise

i dont know if i did something wrong? the chicken turned out ok, but got "mushy" after i added the sauce. i might try it again, and maybe keep the sauce seperate, and add more lemon. over all i thought this was just OK.

Orange Sherbet Gelatin Mold

this is very similar to the recipe i use... i use 3 - 3oz pks gelatin, 2 1/4 C boiling water, 1 quart of orange sherbet, and 1 - 8oz sour cream. i dissolve gelatin, then mix in sour cream, then mix in sherbet. i chill for about 30 min till partially set. then i add the mandarin oranges, then chill over night. its really good. its always a hit!

Marinated Pretzels

AWESOME! so good and so easy! i used a bag of mini twist pretzels, a little less oil, 1 1/2 T garlic powder, 1 T dill weed & baked at 250 degrees for 30 min (stir every 10) = turned out great! will definately be making these again! =)

Butter Snow Flakes

i thought these were very good. i used orange extract instead of zest. i like the hint of orange flavor in these along with the cream cheese. these might make it to my christmas cookie line up every year. thanks!

Saltine Toffee Cookies

these were great - and easy! i think i will be making these every christmas! i lined my baking sheet with foil & did not have any problems with sticking. i also scored it before breaking into pieces, that seemed to help break into more "even" pieces. thanks for the recipe! next year i might try using graham crackers. =)

Chocolate Pretzels

i thought these were great! for christmas i usually melt chocolate in a double boiler & dip pretzels... but this is much easier & faster (and less messy). i think i might have found a new tradition! thanks!

Chocolate Snowdrops

ok, i finally got around to making these. i also used red cake mix. i dont know if i did something wrong? my cookies came out kind of flat... and way too soft (for me). i thought the flavor was good... but i dont know if fighting the dough is worth it for me. i guess we'll see what kind of reviews i get at christmas. thanks.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

i made this for a potluck at work, everyone really liked it. several people asked for the recipe. i took the advice from others & used 1/2 mayo & 1/2 sour cream and i also used the real bacon pieces. it was very good and very easy to make. i will definately make this again. thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Lasagna

i thought this was pretty good. my husband & i both liked it. i used (1 tsp) sugar instead of salt & i let it cook for 5-6 hours. it turned out great. i will make this again.
