Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2015
I've made this several times now. It's so simple and reminds me of roasted pig at luaus. It's amazing and I always have lots of leftovers.

Broccoli Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2015
Great for lunch. Didn't use chicken and used apple cider vinegar instead since that's what I had. I also used a mixture of Greek yogurt and miracle whip. I'll make again.

Baked Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2014
This recipe was amazing. I ended up letting the wings sit in the flour mixture overnight (more from laziness and time constraint). Since they were slightly damp, some of the flour had become pasty but I just added more flour and they coated fine. I followed the advice of another reviewer (Vandygirl29) and baked for 25 min on each side at 425 on a cooling rack. They came out amazingly crispy. I then actually used Sweet Baby Rays buffalo wing sauce to bake for an additional 5 min and then coated them in sauce to my liking once done cooking. These were absolutely amazing. I'll probably be making my own buffalo wings from now on. This recipe can also easily be used for other flavors. I'm a fan of Wing Stop's lemon pepper flavor. Can't wait to do that next!

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2013
So delicious and absolutely amazing. I let it marinate overnight and then saved some of the marinade to pour on top after it was done cooking. Will definitely make again.

Apple Crisp III

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2011
This was amazing. I followed everyone's suggestion of using 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white. I also baked for 50 minutes as suggested. I added 1/2 cup oats to the topping for some extra texture and it came out amazing. I had just picked some Golden Delicious which I used. I didn't think it came out too sweet at all. Will definitely make again. It's so easy too! I also coated my apples with the tsp cinnamon in a bowl first so they'd be evenly coated. I also added nutmeg to the apples and to the topping.

This cookies are AMAZING! I used a mixture of all-purpose and whole wheat flour and also substituted Splenda for the sugar. I'll definitely be making these a lot!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
This recipe was sooo phenomenal! I used a tantalizing mustard instead of dijon. I wish I could've gotten the flavor further into the fillet but overall it was mouth watering! I'll definitely be making it again!
