Waffles I
I've made these several times for my family. They always get rave reviews. I follow the recipe very closely, with the exception that usually separate the egg whites and beat them separately, folding them in at the end. Sometimes, if I have buttermilk on hand, I will use that instead of regular milk. Either way, they turn out fabulously every time.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
I followed the recipe exactly as written (well, okay, I was a tiny bit short on milk, so I added a splash of water). These were outstanding! Everyone in the family thought they were great, even Her Royal Highness, the 10 yo who doesn't like anything. It supercedes our previous favorite. It's a keeper.

Sandy's Casserole
Excellent comfort food, and simple to make. I followed the directions as specified (minus mushrooms, which I didn't have). Followed others' suggestion to cover with foil for the first 20 minutes, then stirred and topped with french fried onions. It was a big hit with my wife.
