Ten Clove Garlic Marinade
this is 1fine recipe. I cut the oil 2 1/2 cup and it came out superb. Use it on steaks, roasts, and chicken. *******

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans
needs 2 sit @ least ^ hrs and used a tablespoon of sugar. Bet it will b better tomorrow
