Original Irish Cream
This is delicious! I compared this to the generic Irish Cream I buy and realized how many flavors there are in this recipe; the generic stuff just tastes like creamy, cheap liquor! After reading the reviews, I chose to use 1/2 & 1/2, which I think the consistency is perfect. I also melted down a mixture of choc & mint choc chips to sub for choc syrup; the mint subtly comes through & I really like the added flavor. I left the whiskey measurement as I LOVE whiskey, and after sitting for a week the whiskey flavor blends nicely into the rest. Definitely a winner recipe!!!! Thank-You so much. (Also, a doubled recipe makes short of a 1.75 bottle)

Baked Split Chicken Breast
I give this a 5 because the simplicity is deceiving to how delicious this turned out. I thought this would be just like any other marinade I've used, but it has its own depth and the chicken was very tender. I will double the sauce next time, and maybe try different oil like grape oil. Oh, and I only had chicken breasts (no bone/skin).

Hasenpfeffer (Rabbit Stew)
Turned out as good as I could have imagined, I am impressed with how tender it is. The gravy is full of depth and flavor. Definitely do not omit the red wine as the flavor is great with the gaminess of the rabbit. Thanks for a perfect recipe to use for cooking rabbit!! p.s. I am not the most experienced chef and I think the recipe is simple enough with a little patience and time...and the boyfriend for once assisted in the cooking process!!
