Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust
The best cheesecake ever! I did 50/50 ginger snap cookies and honey grahams, and added pecan crumbs to crust. And used sour cream instead of heavy cream. Saved 1/4 of the pumpkin and added 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cube cream cheese for topping. Bake again for 15 minutes.

Easy Sausage Strata
Excellent,tripled the recipe,added sauteed onions, mushrooms, and a jalapeno peppers,made enough for 3 breakfasts. And froze two for later. Also used sourdough bread and aged white cheddar. You can mix it up with different gourmet sausages.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
I used this icing on Carrot cake from this site. I used a tsp more pure vanilla, 1/2 the sugar,but added 1/2 cup of clover honey and juice from one small orange, and a 1/4 cup of butter milk, and a 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream. This is a great, easy frosting that tastes incredible. This turned out to be the best carrot cake I have ever tasted!
