Big Soft Ginger Cookies
My favorite cookie. Lots of ginger taste. Stayed chewy. The dough was soft so I spread them in a pan and made bar cookies. No matter because they were extra good that way too. Only recipe variation was my use of sweet butter and not margarine. I always use sweet butter for baking.

Rating is from my husband who LOVES the Salisbury Steak in TV dinners. He says these were the BOMB! So .... if you are seeking a familiar taste and you LOVE TV dinner Salisbury Steak this is the recipe. I followed it exactly and per hubby the results were worthy of 5 stars.

Sangria! Sangria!
comparing this to some wine drink from Mexico ... Sangria is Spanish NOT Mexican. Spain has European influences and Mexico has S.A. Indian influences - in both food and drink. Different cultures entirely. Be careful of rating apples to oranges ... Oh, floating sliced apples in this is nice too. Remember to eat the fruit ... Yummo!
