Cheese Ramkin

This looked like a great appetizer recipe, but mine went all wrong. The egg was runny and undercooked even after it puffed up. It tasted a bit to rich for me, and just didn't turn out the way I was hoping.

Cheese Ball

I made this for wine & cheese hour at the B&B I work at. Guests seemed to love it and it was so easy to make! I didn't have seasoning salt, so I used a combination of garlic salt, oregano, salt, pepper, and basil.
