Raspberry Tilapia

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
Great easy recipe and doesn't take long to cook :) I used raspberry vinaigrette instead of the vinegar cause that's what I had on hand and it turned out great! Thanks for sharing Darlene!

Orange Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2012
Fantastic simple recipe. The second time I made this I thought I'd roast the carrots tossed with the rest of the ingredients rather then boil the carrots first and it turned out fantastic. Next time I think I'll roast it all again but try substituting Cointreau for the orange juice, yummm.

Frozen Mudslide

What a great drink, more like a malted milkshake :) I added a scoop of ice cream just to make it a little thicker. Either way it's awesome! Thanks for posting this one ... one that will be used over and over again!

Fluffy Two Step Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
For those of you that aren't crazy for the traditional heavy kind of cheesecake ... you will love this. Nice and light texture and great taste. I even added 2 tbsps of Frangelico (hazlenut liquor) when folding it all in, tasted yummy!! But like Adora says you can use any topping as well or real fruit on top. I've made this now 4 times and it never gets tiring!

Sweet and Tangy Slow Cooker Bar-B-Q Pork

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
Wow, what can I say but this is amazing. I used an Asian chili garlic sauce but left out the 1/4 tsp of hot sauce and it was delicious. I also steamed the ribs in the oven for about 45 minutes to help reduce the amount of fat and it worked great! The steaming also helped reduce the slow cooker time about 5 hours. This is definitely a keeper!!! Thank you for posting!

This was an awesome recipe, fantastic taste! The only thing I omitted was the hot pepper sauce but I still put in the cayenne for the zing. I'm looking forward to trying this on talapia :) Thanks for the great recipe!!

Traditional French Canadian Tourtiere

This recipe is amazing! I cut the recipe in half and I threw in about a pound of ground venison with the pork and beef. I also added 2 tbsp of potato flour as a binder. It turned out fantastic for sure a keeper. Just as I remember my French Canadian family making for Christmas. Thank you so much for posting this recipe!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2010
I've made this chili a few times and it's a big hit everytime! I did cut the amount of chili beans (I used kidney beans) in half as my family aren't really crazy about that many kidney beans :) Oh and the Fritos corn chips definitely puts this dish over the top!!

Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2009
This is a fantastic recipe and I have tried many different recipes for prime rib roast. Since I had a much smaller roast (3lb, 2 bones) I did adjust the amount of flour and seasonings and left the bone in. But definately don't be afraid to pack on the flour and seasonings onto the roast. It really does seal in all the juices! Awesome flavour! Looking forward to using this recipe again tonight for Christmas Eve dinner. Merry Christmas everyone!!
