Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
I was very pleasantly surprised with this dish. It had a lot of flavor, we loved it! I added some extra soy sauce and some red pepper flakes. I also added a couple extra eggs (personal preference) and cooked them with the rice. I pushed the rice to the sides of the pan and scrambled the eggs in the center. When eggs were almost done, I mixed them in with the rice and let it cook another 2-3 minutes. Delicious!!!
