Homemade Wonton Soup
Amazing!! I made a few changes: for the wontons- I only used half the amount of pork and green onions, added savoy cabbage (a few handfuls as I did not have bok coy), and omitted the mushrooms, snow peas and shrimp (I served it with coconut shrimp...); for the broth, I boiled the chicken broth with a few splashes of soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, garlic, and shrimp tail shells. The wontons are easy to make - they are time consuming but that's to be expected; I folded a few to save time and that method worked fine too. One additional change I made was to remove the wontons after cooking them and to stream in two beaten eggs- I love egg drop soup and with they are generally not combined, it turned out great! If you want to use all the pork mixture, I'd recommend making more broth - I used 12 cups of broth to 1/4 of the pork mixture. Overall, this is a keeper and so much better than most of the take-out places near me!

Pina Colada III
Super easy and far better than a mix! Based on the reviews, I used cream of coconut (a 16 oz. can), rather than coconut milk and a whole can (16 oz.) of pineapple slices with the juice; I also omitted the sugar - which was a very good thing as it was extremely sweet. Overall great recipe! It's very desertish... so I'd suggest adding more ice to compensate. I served it with coconut shrimp and it was very nice.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
It's... edible. I used fresh garlic, rather than garlic powder and added a little dried minced onion; other than those changes, I followed the recipe exactly. To begin, it tastes nothing like a traditional alfredo sauce. I love cream cheese so I wasn't concerned about some of the reviews that said that flavor was strong -they were right. The cream cheese lends richness but it overpowers the other ingredients and creates an odd taste. I served the sauce with leftover chopped pork and whole wheat pasta. It wasn't bad, hence the two stars, but I wasn't rushing back for seconds. It's a decent basic white cream sauce that's easy to put together but be prepared to make adjustments. It needs something to make the flavors blend. As it is now, it tastes as if something is missing. If I make it again, I'll play with the seasonings. It's a good starting point for a creamy sauce but in no way is it comparable to alfredo.
