Shrimp Scampi III

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2005
Very tasty! I'm glad I read the instructions about adding the bread crumbs a little at a time. If I had added 3/4 cup, I would have had glue! Very good! I will definately make again.

Chicken Lo Mein

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2005
Yum! I used less soy sauce (I don't like things too salty) and only marinated the chicken for about a half hour, but the flavor of the sauce with this recipe is terrific! I used spaghetti instead of linguine and left out the mushrooms. I added bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts. I would add some more colorful veggies next time (it looked kind of bland) but the flavor was great! Will definately make again

Salmon in the Dishwasher

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2005
I wasn't sure how to rate this recipe since I combined it with the Asian Salmon recipe I found on this site, but I wanted to try to counter the negative ratings this recipe got. This was WONDERFUL! What an easy way to cook dinner, and the salmon came out moist and delicious. I will never cook salmon any other way, regardless of the recipe that I use. Thanks for a great (if a little strange!) idea!

Easy Chicken Korma

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2005
I only have one word for this recipe... YUM! I have tried to make authentic tasting Indian food at home many times, but the recipes always seem to fall short. This one came through with flying colors. I know I will make this one again and again! Update: I passed this recipe along to my mom who wanted to make it for a work potluck. She works with several doctors from India and they loved it!

Green Bean Okazu

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2005
This was very tasty and easy to make. I replaced the sugar with Splenda and only used 1 heaping tablespoon along with the soy sauce. I like things a little spicy, so I added about a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes when I added the soy sauce and served over brown rice. Delicious!

Simple Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
Very tasty! I used reduced fat cream of mushroom soup and fat free sour cream to make it a bit healthier and it was delicious. Will definately make again.

Aloo Phujia

I love this recipe and use it all the time. If I am making it as a main dish, I add some diced chicken breast and serve it with basmati rice. I also throw in some frozen green peas. Very good!

Beef Stew VI

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2006
The BEST beef stew recipe I have ever tried! I left out the celery (I just don't care for the taste of cooked celery) and added some frozen green peas. Delicious!

Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2006
Easy and delicious! I put mine in the oven to finish cooking after they were browned so they didn't get too dark. Served with mashed potatoes, country gravy and fresh peas... YUM!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2006
My grandmother always made peanut butter fudge at Christmas time and it was my dad's favorite. When I presented him with a full tin of this fudge, he declared it better than Grandmas!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

A lot of work, but well worth it! White chocolate and raspberries are two of my mom's favorite things so when I made this for her birthday she was thrilled! Delicious!

This was ok, but a little salty for me. I could barely taste the brussel sprouts.

This recipe has become a family tradition. I made it for Christmas Eve a few years ago and now that's all anyone wants! Thanks!

These are delicious! I usually make them with cinnamon chips and everyone loves them. I have also made them with Splenda when I was watching my calories and they still tasted great!

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: May 11, 2007
Yum! There's a restaurant in Chicago that has the best Alfredo sauce in the world. This is a very close second. I added a little diced garlic to the butter at the beginning, but otherwise followed the recipe. It was delicious!

Cajun Barbecued Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2007
This was suprisingly good! I'm so tired of boring chicken breast, but this really added a lot of flavor. I am going to order some of the cajun seasoning the original poster suggested as mine wasn't as spicy as I would like.

Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2007
I love brussels sprouts and I'm always looking for new ways to make them. A lot of the recipes call for brown sugar and I don't like to sweeten my vegetables so this one caught my eye. It was really delicious! I didn't bother to toss the sprouts with additional butter after they finished cooking (didn't think they needed it) and they were terrific. Very flavorful!

Tangy Chicken Breasts

Yea! Finally a different chicken marinade. This is now my new favorite. Yum! I didn't read the other reviews before I made it but since I was only making 2 breasts, I halved the recipe and it was still more than enough.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2007
These were good, but I don't know if they were worth the effort to make since I prefer the ones at my local bakery. But if you like to bake, these are pretty good.
