Mastered my moms egg rolls and she says they're as good as hers!I make my moms lasagna & my boyfriend says it's his favorite food to eat!
My cooking tragedies
I always burn the garlic toast when making spaghetti or lasagna..i just forget about them!!lol Made caramel rolls in too big of a pan & the sugar burned to the pan made a huge mess AND FOR SOME REASON MY COOKIES ARE ALWAYS FUNNY LOOKING.

Szechwan Shrimp
easy to make. If you like ketchup, but you're not a huge fan, I'd cut down on the ketchup..i thought it kinda overwhelmed all the other ingredients in the sauce...otherwise simple easy delicious recipe thanks for sharing!

Seasoned Cornish Hens
Great Recipe! i used garlic powder didn't have any cloves, otherwise followed the recipe to the T. I would recommend not skipping the oyster sauce it pairs really well with the soy sauce. Basted it quite a bit, meat turned out nice and juicy and tender.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
If you mix in 1 Tbsp OYSTER SAUCE with your 2 Tbsp soy sauce it tastes just like chinese restaurant style fried rice...also green onions are a must, along with fresh or powdered garlic
