Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Great recipe! I make it just like it says, using Kraft "Zesty Italian, fat free" dressing, and "Sweet Baby Ray's 'Sweet Vidalia Onion'" BBQ sauce. Sometimes I add a little more dressing than what it calls for. Also, if I need more BBQ sauce, I typically add the SBR "Sweet and Spicy" sauce, to give it a little more kick. Really easy recipe. I cook on low for maybe 4-5 hours and then shred the chicken and let it go another couple hours. We've made up several batches of this for my daughters 1st birthday party. We've cooked it up, put it in bags, and have a few frozen ready to go. Hopefully we can just thaw them and pop them in the crockpot on the day of the party! Haven't tried freezing this before so I hope it turns out ok....I'm sure it will.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Not bad at all. Pretty much followed the recipe, but added a packet of stew seasoning. I think that was a mistake because it was awful salty. I didn't add salt anywhere else. I'm sure the broth added some though. I also added Worcestershire, which added flavor, but probably salt as well. Overall, it's a great "base" recipe that can be tweaked to your liking.

Honey Key Lime Grilled Chicken
This was a really easy marinade, which is the main reason I tried it. Our chicken had great grill marks on it, probably in part because of the honey. This recipe was great, but like many said I would probably leave it overnight next time. We only had it marinade for about 4 hours, and the flavor was still a little weak. Overall, very good and will definitely make it again.
