Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

i have been making Biscotti's for my italian family for years. this is a great recipe! i prefer mine a little softer so the second time i bakes them i only put them in for half the time. when i was done i drizzled them with white chocolate and they were a huge hit!

Cheese Cake Cups

i have been making these for as long as i can remember. crushing the cookies takes away the easiness of the recipe! it doesnt matter if there is a little bit of the bottom not covered with a cookie, they still taste AMAZING!!! my mom and i use to make these when i was little and still make them regularly. Keep everything as is, they are so quick and trust me they will be gone by the end of the night!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

This is the best fried chicken! my boyfriend asked if i could make him fried chicken and i got a little nervous. i ended up baking it to make it healthier but i was surprised how easy it was. i have made it two other times since. one of the favorites!

Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

my mom has made a cake like this for years and she misplaced her original recipe. we have tried a handful of recipes in hopes to find one similar, and this is pretty close to the original. delicious! i have already made it three times! i did find that it took a lot longer to bake (til the toothpick came out clean) i also did not have chocolate pudding so i used vanilla (couldnt tell the difference)

Stuffed Peppers

Very Good! i did boil some water, then add the peppers and boiled them for 10 minutes. I always do that when i make stuffed peppers it makes a HUGE difference in softness. I did feel like something was missing. i thought maybe next time i would add some shredded cheese in the beef and rice mixture.

Chocolate Trifle

This was FANTASTIC! it looks pretty too! I did take somebodys advice and instead of putting cool whip in with the pudding i whipped 1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream and used that instead. it was really creamy and i could tell it made a difference. my boyfriend doesnt even really like sweets, but he LOVED this. this will be a regular.

Cheese Straws

i have never heard of these before until i saw them on the food network and i had to make them! i dont really know what they are suppose to taste like or the texture, but i do know these were good!!! really easy to make. my boyfriend and i ate the whole batch by the end of the day! needless to say these will be a regular!

i make cake mix cookies all the time but i never thought of adding a filling. i came across the recipe on accident but boy were these GOOD! they are best after they have been sitting in the fridge a while. i will be making these again and again!

i made this for valentines day. it was really good, but too sweet. next time i will either completely omit the sugar or reduce it by A LOT. this will not be a regular dish, but i might make it again.

Hearty Garlic Potato Soup

This was awesome! a huge hit on a cold winter day. i used whole milk to make it more creamy, doubled the amount of italian sausage (personal preference), and added a can of corn. i will deff make this again!

Eclairs II

These are fantastic!! There are two tricks to making them though. first be sure to beat dough until the bowl is cooled down a little bit THEN add the eggs one at a time blending VERY well after each one. The second trick is to poke a hole at the end of them when they come out of the oven. If you dont i find they get soggy inside. OH and the filling is more than enough, you only need about half of what it makes. I started making these about a year ago for my family and boyfriend. i have to make them by request almost every month now. i always double the recipe and they are gone the same day.

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

i wish i could give it more stars, this is a MUST try. you will not be disappointed! i have been making these for about a year now and they are a regular, usually upon request by the boyfriend. you can add some seasoning or marinade the vegis or just throw them on as is. sometimes i also grill some chicken for the guys, but they still love it without! my favorite meal!

Butter Bean Burgers
