Traditional Irish Soda Bread

i followed the dirctions to a T, and i wound up with a ball of hard dough. but i sliced it up and toasted it before eating it and it wasnt bad. the tase was great, but i think next time i will cook it much longer than directed here.

Ultimate Valentine's Day Chocolate Truffle

this recipie was great! for those of you who had a hard time getting them out of the molds, freeze instead of refridgerate. i had no prooblem getting them out when they were frozen.
