Banana Cupcakes

YUMMY! I've been baking a different cupcake every week now for several weeks, and this has been my favorite. Great cake consistency and banana flavor. I am so happy to have a new recipe to use with ripe bananas! I didn't use the above recipe, but the one on AR "Chocolate Ganche". Thanks for posting!

Mom's Coleslaw

I used this recipe for the first time making homemade coleslaw and I will never buy coleslaw dressing again! This was so easy and made just the right amount! (I used family size bags of coleslaw and 1/2 this recipe! Turned out fantastic!)

Vegan Cupcakes

I am telling you! I recently have become a huge fan of "Cupcake Wars" and have been looking for a recipe. This one is IT! After several tried and failed attempts with other recipes, I know I can bake cupcakes with this recipe! The cake is sooo moist! I used lemon juice in place of vinegar and canola/olive oil in place of coconut oil. All recipes is #1 thanks to recipes like this!

All-Day Apple Butter

Great recipe, I only gave 4 stars because of it's sweetness. Just a tad too sweet. ( I used 3 cups of sugar with gala apples). I'll try again, but with less sugar or a more tart apple. Made the house smell beautifully! (I put up in the crockpot at 8:30PM and turned to warm at 5:30 AM, turned off at 7:30AM).

Great recipe! I recommend watching VERY closely! I let my bake a minute too long and they become a bit hard on top. Recipe made 24 cupcakes. I will use again. Thanks for posting!

Bubba's Best BBQ Sauce

Thank you so much for posting this AWESOME recipe! This sauce is soooo much better than thing bottled. I had to make a few substitutions, but still FANTASTIC! As for making it in a crockpot I doubt I would try it that way, but rather cook my ingredients in the crockpot and the last hour add the sauce. Again, thanks for posting this recipe!

No-Fuss Rolls

In my cultural we make a fried biscuit and call it drop biscuits. It takes the shape of a donut hole yet not as sweet. This recipe is PERFECT for "drop biscuits". I made the dough (using non fat yogurt instead of mayo) then used a cookie scoop (to make VERY small drop biscuits) and dropped them in oil. Fried until brown. They came out perfectly! I am so glad to have found such a simple easy recipe to make "drop biscuits"!

White Chocolate-Cranberry Biscotti

I have made TONS of Christmas cookies this year, and this is the first cookie I HAD to eat 2! These are the MOST delish cookies! This was my first time making Biscotti, I had this fear that they would be difficult to make, but NOT AT ALL! This recipe has made it to my Christmas cookie MUST list! Thanks Brenda!

Gourmet Pretzel Rods

OMGoodness OMGoodness! These were terrific. I made them for a party I had for my neices and nephews and what a great recipe for kids to help with! I was unsure of "candy coated chocolate" so I used milk chocolate peices. I sent some to work with my husband and he said they went like crazy! Thank you for such a WONDERFUL, EASY recipe!

Cran-Raspberry Snowball Punch

Great punch! I couldn't find the juice either and ended up using Ocean Spray Cran-Raspberry and it turned out perfectly. For the second batch I omitted the jam, and it still tasted great!
