Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2012
This was my first time making a french bread. It was so incredibly easy and it was DELICIOUS!! I didn't want two loaves so I halved it and only made one loaf. It turned out great (I was afraid halving it wouldn't turn out right). It was great and I got LOTS of great compliments on it. My husbands first words were, "Did you buy this???"

The first time my husband and I have ever tried anything like this. Loved it- fun and new. I am sure my baby will love it when he is older- what kid doesn't like finger food?? :)

Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
Fantastic Ham!!!! I did a 12 lb ham. I thawed it the night before and I cooked it at 350 for 3.5 hrs the morning of. I forgot to cover it and realized it in the middle of church. I got home to check on it, thought I had ruined it cause it was a little black. I took it out, turned it over and put my glaze mixture on the bottom. I did not remove any of the drippings. I put it back in uncovered and the ham turned out perfect in the end! It was a hit and was nearly gone with 11 people eating on that 12 lb ham!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2010
I love this recipe! I didn't have chicken cutlets so I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and just cut it into strips. This recipe was really simple and it tasted so good. My husband told me to add this one to our recipe book- and he can be really picky! Excellent! Thanks for sharing VAMPYRESKA!!

Amatriciana

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
I thought this recipe was fantastic! I used 8 pieces of turkey bacon and two hot sausage links. I also stewed the tomatoes for 20 minutes instead of 10. I have never made anything so easy and so delicious. My husband ended up making it cause I was not feeling good and he did a fantastic job with this recipe, he claims he is an Italian chef now! LOL
