oh my......delissssh! I made it with 1 lb bag of small reds, 2 eggs, 6 pieces of bacon, 1 celery stalk (which I almost forgot), some red onion and green scallions. Mayo, salt and pepper.....fantastic!!! btw, we had peas on the side which mixed in well too so I threw the left overs in for tomorrow!!! Will be making this for a BBQ of the future! (Key though as always is to make ahead (around noon) so that it all has enough time to chill!)
