Hamburger Soup I
Thanks for posting this, we love it! I made a few changes to it though, just out of personal preference- I omitted the can of tomoatoes, added some fresh mushrooms, & only added 4 cubes of bouillon rather than all 6. Also tried something another reviewer had mentioned- I just added about a half teaspoon of majoram instead of the basil- good suggestion! I love how you can really customize this recipe to make it however you like- I will definitely be making this again & again.

Zucchini Patties
The only reason I gave this recipe three stars was due to the texture- I don't know what I did wrong- but I'm going to have to try this one again sometime. The flavor is great, and they did cook into nice patties, ( though there was no way I would be able to form them into patties before placing them on the griddle,) but the inside was very mushy, even after they had been cooked for a good amount of time. I squeezed out as much moisture from the chopped veggies as I could, and even added a little more flour...maybe I used too much flour? In any case, although I couldn't get the texture right this time, the flavor was nice enough that I will try again!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
Love these cookies! I brought some into work for a bake sale & they were a big hit. The only things I did differently was to substitute 1 tsp vanilla extract ( I doubled the recipe ) for the 4 Tbls of brandy- only because I didn't happen to have any brandy at the time- and I used fresh cranberries instead of dried. I followed another reviews suggestion to put the cranberries in the oven ( I did mine with a good bit of water in the pan too) at 225-250 for about 15 minutes to soften them up before I chopped them. I think I'll make these part of my holiday cookie assortment this year, Thanks!
