Southwest Chicken Casserole

This recipe was good, and so easy to make. My husband and I did think that it needed a little something else. What that is we couldn't think of. A filling in a burrito/enchillada would be good to help use up leftovers, but that adds a lot of carbs. I used freshed minced onion instead of dried, it worked fine.

Cajun Pasta Fresca

This recipe was incredible! It was so easy to make and tasted great. I might add some more spicyness to it...Tony Chach..something has a great spice that would add to it! Great recipe though!

Easy Key Lime Pie I

I had never made this before and really wanted to try it. The recipe was so easy and simple....and yummy!! One helpful hint, if you're like me and taste the batter of everything you make, don't add more than the set amount of lime juice because it will taste better after you bake it. Otherwise, you'll pucker more than you mmmm
