Easy Layer Bar Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
One pan cooking, super easy, super good. I did, however, only use 1 cup of coconut. If you do not like coconut, not to worry...taste of coconut does not come through only texture. Otherwise, so good and simple.

Salmon Cakes II

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2013
Awesome! The only thing I changed (per some of the other reviews) was use parm. cheese instead of flour. These are great and will definitely be served again. Kid friendly as well!!

Hot Cocoa Mix

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2012
I gave this as Christmas gifts to friends and neighbors this year. My kids and I thought it was great. I am not a huge chocolate fan, but the balance is good. Not too chocolatey. I only made a double recipe and could have easily made a triple or quadruple. I paired this with spoons that had hardened white almond bark with red and green sprinkles and marshmallows, to use to stir the hot chocolate. Looked and tasted great too!!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
Made this for a family dinner and everyone LOVED it! Super easy, anyone could make this!! I did not adjust this recipe at all. I would, however, bake longer than 45 minutes. Only because I like the edges and bottom a little more crispy! Enjoy!!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
I have been trying for many years to find a banana bread recipe that is moist and good without using buttermilk. With sour cream (which I always have on hand) in this recipe...it is just as good or better than one with buttermilk. I doubled the recipe. It made one big loaf and 5 mini loaves. So yummy!!!!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2011
Very good and easy. I made a double recipe and it fit very nice in a 9 x 13 pan. 1 small jar of preserves was exacty enough for a double recipe. Cut in to small pieces as they are very rich and sweet. Will make again!!

Breakfast Supreme

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
I am always looking for an egg casserole without bread or potatoes in it. I love this one. I think the hamburger balances out the sausage. When I took it out of the oven, it did have quite a bit of grease, so I just drained it...not a big deal. I am making it again for my mom's group and going to try sausage and crumbled bacon. I am sure it will be just as good!!

Very good!! I read the reviews and did a "heaping" cup of peaches. I also made mine into bread...we are just finishing a kitchen remodel and my bread pans were the only ones I could find. Will make again!!!

Will make this again. Like this recipe better as cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, but either way is very good!! Very easy to make. One recipe makes 7 mini loaves.

Taste is very good, nice balance between the chocolate and peanut butter. I used a medium ice cream scoop and should have used my small one. Pretty easy to make.
