Orange Pecan French Toast

Made these for the first time Christmas morning. Rave reviews all around. My only suggestion would be to make more than 2 slices each, everyone will want seconds.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

I have made many dishes off All recipes. This is simply one of the best. The only changes I made was I boiled the chicken breast for about 12 minutes & used 2% milk. DELISH!

Feta and Turkey Stuffed Green Peppers

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2012
I very seldom follow recipes exactly but I thought for a change I would. I should have stuck with my instinct and not added the fennel, this spice has a very distinct taste and for us did not suit the type of dish it was going into. I will not make this again.

Tea Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
I have made my mom's recipes for tea biscuits for years. It looks the same as this one. One thing I did change and it cut down on the prep work was rolling out the dough. I just drop by the table spoon and they are great. Give it a try.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
very yummy, the only changes I made was I did not have any green chilies on hand so I added about 1/2 cup salsa. Also the last 20 minutes of cooking I added lime juice and cilantro.

Blackened Fish

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
We really liked this recipe. It was pretty spicy so next time I'll cut the cayenne pepper in 1/2. I also could not cook the fish in 3/4 cup of butter. If you have a good quality fry pan a little olive oil or butter will do the trick. Make sure the pan & oil is hot before you add the fish. The only draw back was the house smelled like fish for over a week because with the blackening you get a fair bit of smoke. I will definatly be trying it on the BBQ. good overall recipe.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
These were excellent. I cut down on prep time buying a grocery store BBQ chicken. Didn't use the enchilada sauce, I just spooned some salsa on top before I added the cheese. I also used jalapeno corn tortillas. Yum!

This is a yummy recipe. I used 1/2 white flour & 1/2 multi-grain flour. As well 1/2 brown sugar & white sugar and about 3 tbsp flax seed. It's tasty and hearty.
