Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Stellar recipe. As per other reviewers' suggestions, we used softened butter and creamed it with the white sugar to start, and we later mashed the bananas instead of slicing them. We also threw in some chocolate chips. It's a wonderful, dense bread. We'll definitely make it again.

Carrot and Ginger Soup
I love ginger, squash, and carrots, but this was WAY too gingery. We couldn't finish it, it was so strong, and it ended up being a waste of our food.

Broccoli Cheese Bake
This was pretty good overall! My roommate really liked it; I found it a little rich, but pretty satisfying. Ours came out a bit liquid-y, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was because I threw in mushrooms. (They needed using up, man.) I think this could be really good with noodles, too; I might try it that way in the future.
