Slow Cooker Lentil and Ham Soup

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Great! VERY forgiving soup. Made with leftovers of a honey and brown sugar coated ham. Green Onion instead of regular onion. Added leftover mashed potatoes (about 1 cup) and no chicken bouillon and it still tasted great!
