Tuna Noodle Casserole II

We liked it. I used 2 5oz cans of tuna and a whole can of evaporated milk and added peas in with the onion. We didn't have potato chips so I used bread crumbs. It was still really good.

Peppermint Meringues

Recipe was great! Not sure why it says 5 hours to make. I cooked them for 1.5 hours and then took them right out and ate them. Yummy. Only made about 15 large ones.

Pumpkin Chip Cookies

My husband thought the chocolate chips overpower a little and thought maybe raisens would be better. Not enough pumpkin flavor but still very soft and moist...just not EXCELLENT.

Artichokes in a Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce

Very easy. Next time I think I'll use more than 1 sprig of Basil and for some reason the marinated artichoke hearts had some tough to chew parts to it but all and all this was very good.

Turned out really great! Will make again! I cooked the meat overnight and then ran out of time in the morning to shred it so I think having it cool in the fridge made it tougher to shred. It was a little too salty as well. Very yummy though.
