this came out decent - I maded the following changes: TWO cans of golden mushroom soup, added salt, pepper, garlic powder, minced pickled garlic, and used beef broth instead of water. Then added fresh mushrooms half an hour before done and sour cream before serving. Even with all of this, I would marinate the meat overnight to make it more tender. Probably use Lawry's Pepper and Onion Steak Marinade and my wife suggests chopped parsley on top before serving and maybe adding some red wine while slow cooking.
