Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup II

This is a wonderful soup! Followed the recipe exactly - with one really minor change. I kept some of the tips back and didn't puree them. It was velvety rich and creamy. Hubby had 4ths (I had tripled the recipe). Thank you so much for this recipe!

Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

This soup was very good. I added meat because it was the main dish and a can of hot chile beans. I also added chile powder and backed off on the cumin to 2 tsp.

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

I like a short cookie so these were just perfect. I did add a pinch of salt. They didn't last very long at our house! I highly recommend using parchment paper when baking them.

Rhubarb Crunch

I increased the rhubarb to 6 cups like many others and may add even a little more next time. Everything else I followed exactly. This was very good.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

If I could give this 6 stars, I would. I can't believe something so easy can be so good. I did cut the amount of dry pasta in half because we like lots of sauce. I think next time I will cut back just a little on the butter, but not much. I used fresh Romano and Parmesan and it was EXCELLENT!

Butternut Squash Soup

We like a thick soup so I followed this recipe exactly. It was delicious! Next time I might try it with steamed cauliflower added before serving.

Calico Squash Casserole

I followed the suggestion to saute the veggies in olive oil. This recipe is the greatest way I've ever found to fix my summer squashes.

Emily's Famous Sloppy Joes
