Although I have been cooking since I was very young, I am not an expert,but people love my cooking.I love to cook anything that has regular ingrediants, ones that are easy to find. I love zip and spice and simply different flavors in my food. I learn something new all the time, is an on going experience and always done with love !! I live here in the south, but NY will always be my home. I love all kinds of foods, nothing and everything is a favorite , at that moment, lol. We do love cheese in almost everything, so I will say that cheese is a favorite, so OK I guess I do have a favorite !!!! Well gee, I guess I best add Butter and Brown Sugar, as I use alot of that and Spices of all kinds!! Gee and i thought I had no favorites, see learn something neww all the time!!! Thank you Oh my so Many!!! Once again, so many!!! Big if someone says, oh my gosh this is good . and Smile,I have triumphed! Yup, once again, So Very Many, but that is how we learn, well ok sometimes we learn by it,LOL
