Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2011
This was so yummy. I only used 2 cups of the powdered sugar though. I think the consistancy would have been too thick with all of it added in. Thanks for a great and easy recipe.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
I have seriously made over 20 of these. My family and friends absolutely love them and I am constantly getting scolded for not making enough for everyone. One is not enough for a family gathering... make at least 2 or even 3 if your family loves pumpkin!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
these were very good. I didnt use a bread machine for my dough though. Everyone else thought they were delicious. When I sliced them though I did slice them into 16 instead of 12. They were quite large still so I cannot imagine how big they would have been if I would have only made 12. Thanks for such a great recipe!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
These were so good. I didnt wrap them in bacon, but that was only because I didnt have any. The chicken was so juicy and tender. Will definitely make again. There are endless possibilities to stuff them with.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2010
This was so easy and it was so good!! The only thing I noticed was the edge got a little too done... next time will put foil around the edge when it starts to brown. My boyfriend even ate it for breakfast this morning before work!! Thank you for such an easy, but delicious recipe!! Side note: It is even delicious with blueberries!!

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: May 6, 2010
I made 3 batches of this yesterday. The first one was kinda difficult, but after that it was super easy. I made a ton of flowrs with it for a friends bridal shower cake. Not only do they taste yummy they are also very beautiful. I didnt feel like waiting for the fondant to sit in the fridge overnight so I just put it in the freezer for 45 min and then let it sit out for 30 before I rolled it out. I'm so excited that this was so easy. I think every cake I make will have fondant on it now!!

Simple White Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
I absolutely love this recipe. I dont even but the box cake mix anymore. I have made a formal bridal shower cake out of it and also a fun cake for a bachelorette party. It stays very moist wrapped in foil in the fridge for quite a few days. So glad I found this recipe!!

LOVE this!! I was leery of how the strawberries would be, but they were amazing. I actually use the batter for all of my pancakes now. I absolutely love how sweet they are just as normal pancakes or for blueberry!

The absolute best pie I have ever ate. I was nervous to make a pecan pie, but this one was so easy. I baked it the night before and then just reheated in oven for a few minutes... topped it with homemade whipped cream and ta da... everyone loved it. Even my little brother who doesnt like pecans! Definitely a staple for all of the holidays! Thanks for such a great and easy recipe! :)

Quick Brussels and Bacon

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
I think these are delicious. I have made them 2 times in the past month. I have used fresh and frozen brussels and I definitely like the texture from the fresh. They tend to hold their cruch and form better than the frozen. Definitely a keeper.
