Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

I grew up hating tuna noodle casserole. After 3 years of my husband pestering me to make it I finally decided to attempt a homemade version that is totally different than my mom's which is made with cream of mushroom soup. We absolutely loved this! I will definitely make it again and again. I did use whole wheat pasta instead of egg noodles, but that was the only change I made.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

I have seriously made over 20 of these. My family and friends absolutely love them and I am constantly getting scolded for not making enough for everyone. One is not enough for a family gathering... make at least 2 or even 3 if your family loves pumpkin!

Ghirardelli® Classic White Chocolate Creme Brulee

Basic Pound Cake

Came out very delicious! I baked it in one large bread pan for about 60 min and it was perfect. I topped it with a strawberry mixture and whipped cream. May get seconds because I have a feeling it is going to go quick.

Basic Cheesecake

I love this and so does my entire family. I love how it is lighter then normal cheesecake... or at least thats how mine comes out. It is a foolproof recipe for novice bakers. I have made three of these within a week. Thanks for a great recipe! :)

Peanut Butter Frosting

This was so yummy. I only used 2 cups of the powdered sugar though. I think the consistancy would have been too thick with all of it added in. Thanks for a great and easy recipe.

Caramel Frosting I

I love this. I have actually made it a few times. This last time it did turn out a little hard, but I think that is due to the fact that I accidentally added all of the powdered sugar at once instead of in increments. But it still tasted good. I love putting it between the layers of chocolate cake. MMMMM! Thanks for such an easy and delicious frosting. :)

Black Magic Cake

PERFECT! The cake was so moist and delicious. I filled it with caramel frosting and topped it with a chocolate ganache. I loved that my family hates coffee, but they all raved about the cake... hahaha their faces were priceless when i informed them about the coffee. Thanks for a great recipe. :)

perfect, fluffy, and easy. :) This recipe is great. I topped them with venison stew. I think this is a great base recipe. You could add anything to it and it would taste great.

Venison Stew I

I am not a fan of venison, but my entire family is... so I decided to try this in hopes that the garlic and onion would mask the gamey taste of the venison. It turned out great. Noone even realized it was venison and it was so tender. I will definitely make again.

Shiny Chocolate Glaze

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This was so easy to make. I took a reviews advice and made it in the microwave. It was perfect on my chocolate cake. everyone thought it was much better than chocolate frosting. I will definitely use this on everything!

Quick Brussels and Bacon

I think these are delicious. I have made them 2 times in the past month. I have used fresh and frozen brussels and I definitely like the texture from the fresh. They tend to hold their cruch and form better than the frozen. Definitely a keeper.

Spaghetti Squash Saute

I had never cooked spaghetti squash before. I dont think I really like it, but am still kind of undecided. I thought it had a very weird texture... maybe the seasonings just werent right for me, or maybe if there was a thick sauce it would cover up the weird texture. I dont know. Definitely something I will try to play with and maybe I can find a way to make it that I like.

I loved this, but the bf didnt like the strong taste of the artichokes or the taste of the vinegar. Would make again for myself, but stick to a simpler recipe for him.

Real Pecan Pie

The absolute best pie I have ever ate. I was nervous to make a pecan pie, but this one was so easy. I baked it the night before and then just reheated in oven for a few minutes... topped it with homemade whipped cream and ta da... everyone loved it. Even my little brother who doesnt like pecans! Definitely a staple for all of the holidays! Thanks for such a great and easy recipe! :)

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

LOVE this!! I was leery of how the strawberries would be, but they were amazing. I actually use the batter for all of my pancakes now. I absolutely love how sweet they are just as normal pancakes or for blueberry!
