Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
This was a great recipe. I did use just a half cup of sugar and it was perfect...enough sweetness to enjoy some of the rhubarb's tartness, if that makes sense. It did put 1/2tsp of cinnamon and 1/4tsp of nutmeg in both the topping and the rhubarb. I found that the amount of topping was ideal if half of it is used like a thin crust under the rhubarb and the other half is scattered over the top. Yum!

Sweet and Sour Drumettes
Exceptional! Do as one reviewer noted, which is to add some of your favorite hot sauce to this (I used the srirrachi (sp?) sauce) to taste. YUM! And if you put in a little orange juice and/or orange zest, you will have something that tastes like a famous orange chicken......sooooo good!

Grandma Johnson's Scones
Update: Since my last review, I've subbed 1C plain non-fat yogurt for the sour cream and it STILL came out delish! this recipe can't be beat.-------Original Review: I've made this recipe many times and it can't be beat...simple, delicious, and very versatile. To make it a bit more healthy, with my last batch, I subbed 1/2c butter and 1/2c apple sauce for the 1c butter and used WW flour. (Oh, and I always follow the instructions written by Lucia de Wagner - thanks!). The texture is a bit different, but still just as tasty! And its healthier to boot!
