Fantastic recipe! Both my husband and I like it so much that we make it rather a lot. The one in the pic ended up a little thick because I accidentally added too much rice or maybe not enough liquid, still tasted wonderful. I also added more asparagus than it asked for just because I had it on hand and we like it. Also used 3 cups of chicken stock and 2 cups of water instead of the other way around. Otherwise I followed the recipe. Sooo good.
