Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

I didn't use any beer, bouillon cubes, bacon, hot sauce, Worcester sauce, or green chilies. I used the Roti diced tomatoes with the green chilies I used the mild ones because my sausage was hot. Also, I bought the diced tomatoes with garlic basil and oregano I didn't want my chili blazing hot it turned out perfect for me it had a small tang with a lot of flavor. The toppings were amazing!!!

Easy Meatloaf

You will not regret making this recipe my only advice is to make double quantity of step 3 and pour it on the meatloaf for extra sauce!!!!

Peach Cake I

I used all a lot of alternative products like vegan buttery spread, lactose free reduced fat milk, and turbinado sugar. As for the peaches I used frozen and needed no juice at all the cake came out very delicious!

Egusi Soup

I did not like whole pumkin seeds in the soup when I made it the first time. I made changes to this recipe when I made it the second time by grinding the pumpkin seeds in a blender by itself with a little bit of water and one egg. I cooked the seeds separatly and then added it to the soup as the last step after the spinach cooked down. Speaking of spinach I found that the raw spinach is headache and time consuming. I used frozen chopped spinach and it was a great turn out.
