Caution: VERY SPICY! I made this for an early Sunday dinner today, and my husband and I only had a few bites of our sandwiches before we concluded that it was just too spicy to enjoy. I have decided to make a second batch tomorrow ~ sans the pepper and chili powder ~ and combine it with today's batch. I have plenty of veggies leftover, and I don't want all this food to go to waste. If I am unable to tame the spice, we will not be able to eat it. I will probably make it again in the future, but with about 2/3 less chili powder.
