Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I love this recipe! I've made it so many times now that I can do it from memory. My husband absolutely loves it and begs me to make it often. It is very easy and delicious!

Potato Arugula Salad
Amazing! This will definitely be added to our kitchen rotation. My husband said it was the best salad he'd ever had. It has a fabulous flavor, and it is so simple to make! I might add some shredded carrots and onions next time, but it is also delicious just the way it is. YUM

Unsloppy Joes
Caution: VERY SPICY! I made this for an early Sunday dinner today, and my husband and I only had a few bites of our sandwiches before we concluded that it was just too spicy to enjoy. I have decided to make a second batch tomorrow ~ sans the pepper and chili powder ~ and combine it with today's batch. I have plenty of veggies leftover, and I don't want all this food to go to waste. If I am unable to tame the spice, we will not be able to eat it. I will probably make it again in the future, but with about 2/3 less chili powder.
