Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II

I have made these several times. They are really quick and easy. I have other recipes that I do like better, but for the effort, you can't beat this one.

I made this on the spur of the moment one night, and oh my gosh, it was so delicious. I could have eaten that and nothing else. Everyone in my house loved it. I only had pepper jack cheese and that was delicious on top. Thx.

Potato Casserole II

I have had this recipe for years. I use chips if I make it for supper or you can use crushed cornflakes on top if you are fixing it for breakfast. Very good.

BLT Dip

I made this for a party I had and it was a huge hit. I followed some other suggestions and halfed the mayo and added 1 tub of cream cheese with onions and chives. Also added some fresh parsley and black pepper. I let it set over night and added tomato right before serving. It was really good.

Bob's Blue Cheese Dressing

I loved this dressing. It was very quick and easy to make and I didn't think the consistency was too thick. My husband even liked it and he never used blue cheese. Thx for a great recipe!

Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup

I can't say that I was overly impressed with this recipe. I had to improvise on some of the veggies, but it just tasted bland to me. I think I could have done just as well or better on my own without even using a recipe. Sorry.

Spicy Mexican Salad

This was a wonderful salad. I followed the recipe exactly except I browned some ground beef with taco seasoning, let it cool slightly and added it to the salad. It was delicious and my husband loved it.

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

THIS WAS PRETTY GOOD. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY TOMATO PUREE AND USED AN EXTRA CAN OF SPAGHETTI SAUCE. SO I THINK THE CONSISTENCEY WAS A LITTLE WATERY. I WOULD MAKE AGAIN EXACTLY BY THE RECIPE.

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT COOKING A BONE IN HAM. I THOUGHT IT CAME OUT REALLY GOOD FOLLOWING THIS RECIPE. EVERYONE REALLY ENJOYED IT AND IT WAS SUPER EASY WITH NO MESS. THANKS FOR A GOOD RECIPE. WILL MAKE AGAIN.

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

Pretty good. I didn't have the thyme when I cooked it so the taste was probably off a little bit. I also never seem to be able to tell when broiled chicken is done enough. But, over all it wasn't bad.

Glazed Corned Beef

Really good glaze. I boiled my corned beef for 2 hours then added the glaze and cooked in oven for another 30 minutes with potatoes. It was really good and moist. thx.
