Banana Cake VI
This is one of the best cake recipes I have ever tried! I followed the recipe and instructions exactly. My sister tried it and had to have the recipe and now she makes for everybody, I haven't had anyone try this and no LOVE it!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I was disappointed by this recipe, I have a pretty good recipe that I usually use but I was browsing around and came across this one and decided to try it because of the name. I bake quite a bit and the instruction to use melted butter seemed wrong to me. However I like to try a recipe as is for the first time. I should have listened to my gut. The cookies came out very flat and hard. I've made chocolate chip cookies a hundred times and they have always turned out better than these. Sorry.

Chewiest Brownies
These were great! Had the fudgy texture I was hoping for eventhough I overcooked them a little. Really nice chocolate flavour, I reduced the cocoa just a bit (about 2 tbsps) and increased the butter by a smidge (a tbsp or two). Think I will try it exactly as written next time. Oh, I also stirred in a few chocolate chips. I baked them in a muffin pan to make individual brownies which I topped with icecream and caramel sauce. There were no leftovers!
