Curried Chicken with Mango Rice
Great meal. I added more curry powder and 1/2 cup of coconut milk. I will make again.

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting
I am giving this recipe a 4 because I altered the original recipe. I added one more oz of chocolate and decreased the milk. I would suggest those who make this only add as much milk as needed to reach the desired consistency. I will keep this recipe for a quick delicious frosting.

Sloppy Joes II
This recipe was fabulous. I followed others and reduced the ketchup and added BBQ sauce. I also finely chopped carrots and added them as well to increase my child's vegetable intake. Will absolutely make again.
