Loved it! Easy no nonsense. After tasting the recipe exactly as it was written it was right on the money for what I was wanting. Very easy to adjust for your own taste and likes. Thanks for this one.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Not that another opinion matters here, after 2800+ reviews. So, thank you for this recipe. It is soo good and tasty especially when a simple recipe is wanted. Margarine works well as a sub for the butter. Couldn't ask for a more baker friendly recipe. Light and crispy on the outside and perfectly chewy on the inside. Loved by my whole family.

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Sooo yummy! It's a family favourite. Cut back the butter is the only critic....as if it needed to be said again! Hahaha. This sauce is excellent if made on it's own for a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. A full five stars from me, even if it calls for too much butter. No biggie, just adjust.

Midwest Loose Meats

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
Soooooo good! My 4 yr old ate 1 1/2 of these. Hubby wasn't so thrilled with the idea of it, but then ate 2 himself! I had no spicy brown mustard so I added what I had....honey mustard! Turned out great! My Son said, "This recipe is a keeper Mom"! I agree. We added our veggies into our sandwiches to make it more like a loose meat burger. This is a stand alone or 'beef' it up kind of recipe. Thank you for it.

Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2010
Best cookie EVER! Need not to look any farther...crunchy but chewy, light and airy, simply satisfying. Margarine works well as the shortening. Nothing but rave reviews from this house hold. I only was looking for the possiblity of an eggless cookie. How pleasntly surprised was I to find this! Have I said how great this recipe is? Well I am saying now, F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! Simple and effortless. I could go on and on about this is a must try. :o)

I was doubtful of it's flavour but oh what a surprise. Simple and tasty! Easy to adjust the seasoning. How much more easy could it get! Hubby and kids liked this dish. Well worth the (little) effort.

Pace® Spicy Grilled Quesadillas

What can I say, it is the same version that we all know how to make. Nothing really new. The fat content is quite high but tastes good. Any salsa will do and you you can add your own veggies as I have done. Shredded carrots for picky children, and zuchini will never be detected in this dish. Add mild salsa for less spicyness. Put a bottle of hot sauce for those who like a kick. I have tried this same recipe with a combination of different cheeses like Jelapino cheese, ranch flavoured cheddar, and mozzerela(sp). All really good. I have also for something different to this basic recipe have used flavoured tortillas. Good stand by! Only 4 stars because it is a stand by recipe.

Barbecued Shredded Beef

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
I cooked this for my husbands family for lunch. This was a very good recipe with simple ingredients found in your pantry. I cooked a 7 pounder slow in the oven over night, midnight until 7am, big mistake!!! I woke up at 4:30am really hungry. The smell in the house was too much for me to sleep through. I laid awake until my kids got up then I had to get the roast out and start to nibble. There was too much liquid but if cooked in the oven it is needed to help keep it from drying out. Mine did on the parts where it stuck out of the liquid. Used some fresh garlic and beef stock instead of water. Might try the crock pot next time. My husband liked the flavour and it looked just like the picture. Very easy.
