Hungarian Mushroom Soup
I have made this several, several times, and I never get to have leftovers, that's how fast it gets eaten. I'm not a fan of the dill, so I cut the amount in half. I actually puree half of the soup before I add in the sour cream. Fully pureed makes you long for something to chew, and not pureed at all makes the soup seem a tad thin. I *highly* recommend this.
