Creme Brulee
*ONLY* gets 5 stars due to the changes made by the reviewer. My mom adores creme brulee, and has been all over france to have it... she loves this recipe since it reminds her of europe! Easy to make, fun to eat

Hungarian Mushroom Soup
I have made this several, several times, and I never get to have leftovers, that's how fast it gets eaten. I'm not a fan of the dill, so I cut the amount in half. I actually puree half of the soup before I add in the sour cream. Fully pureed makes you long for something to chew, and not pureed at all makes the soup seem a tad thin. I *highly* recommend this.

Grandma's Polish Perogies
Takes a loooong time to make, but WELL worth it! I fried up the perogies after boiling as suggested, and at a dinner party, i served them with either sour cream or with an alfredo sauce that I made. Absolutely amazing! I highly suggest freezing them ahead of time, it took me 6 hours from start to finish to complete this (I was working by myself, i REALLY suggest getting a friend to help)
